ReviewReply AI ("the Tool") helps Etsy sellers write public replies to shop reviews. This policy explains what data the Tool handles.

What we process

• Review text you paste: sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) only to generate your reply. We do not store review text on our servers.
• Language & tone selections: used to generate your reply and for anonymous usage analytics (page events only).
• Anonymous usage events: basic event logs (generate clicks, language) are recorded for product improvement. No personal identifiers, no IP-based profiling.

What we do NOT do

• We do not store your pasted reviews, replies, or shop data.
• We do not connect to your Etsy account, access your shop, or post anything automatically.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the AI provider call needed to generate a reply.

Local storage

Your daily free-reply counter and language preference are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never leave your device.
